I think that you will have to protect the phenolic hydroxyl with a fairly robust protecting group as potentially without such protection a quinoid like intermediate may form under any reaction conditions used to prepare your pyrazole with detrimental results.  Greene and Wuts would be useful here.  Once this is done the standard procedures for making a pyrazole from a chalcone should work.

For preparation of N-acetyl pyrazloe as example, you can react the chalcone with hydrazine in refluxing acetic acid.

You have to set temperature above 70 degree. The most important is that this process never give you 100% conversion og reactants into product. My outmost was 95% .
