This specimen is found in the marshy habitats near the dam, which crosses the left Ob' sleeves, as well as on the left-beach floodplain, downstream the dam in Labytnangi town, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, Ob' river floodplain, Northern-Western Siberia, Russia. This is quite big horsetail plant which have relatively rigid shoots, 35 cm height, and higher.
I'd appreciate for any a suggestion,
I'd also appreciate for the good definition keys for the genus.

Having habitat in rivers / marsh it could be palustris / palustre.

Thank you for the answer, although despite E.palustre is a common species in the region, this specimen differs from E.palustre by many features including the stem texture, the character, and colour of the denticles, etc. In addition, E.palustre has shorter shoots, than this specimen. In my opinion, morphologically it is quite close to the "southern" species E. ramosissimum, but still there are some slight differences in the denticles, and the shoot texture. This is because I'm confused. I think about hybrids, as some of them are also known. Could it be a hybrid?

It would be good to have a close-up at an internode section, the side of the central lacuna plus the size and sitribution of peripheric lacunae is diagnostic.
It seems to fit with E. fluviatile (= limosum), but might also be an hybrid like E. x litorale.

I agree, this looks like Equisetum fluviatile. The stems certainly have a large cavity inside.

Yes, the stems really have a big central lacuna (cavity), and thus, I think, you are right, this plant belongs to Equisetum fluviatile. I was just a bit confused by its branching character, as E. fluviatile often has more regular branching, than the specimen.

Concerning branching, Equisetum fluviatile is extremly variable, from being totally unbranched to more regular branching. The high number of the teeth of the leaf-sheaths and the large central lacuna (75-90% of stem diameter) are diagnostic characteristics separating it from E. palustre. Actually this plant does not look like a hybrid to me.
Many years ago, I worked on a key for Equisetum in the flora of Austria. As far as I know, I your region there would not be any additional species. Unfortunately, the key is in German only: http://cvl.univie.ac.at/flora/index.php?title=Equisetum

Thank you for your valuable remarks. Yes, I know about the variability of the E. fluviatile, although living in the Moscow region, it is not easy to keep in mind, as the majority of the local populations has regularly branched stems.
Concerning the possible hybrids, this version arose from the origin of the specimen from the town, where different kinds of pollution might occur. Thus, I examined all the possible versions, including hybridization, but also didn't find it acceptable.
Yes, none of the additional species is reported for the study area, although the territory is still not examined well in terms of plant biodiversity. So I have to be extremely careful with the plant definition.
Thanks a lot for the definition keys - it is not easy to find the experts, and the good keys on the genus (at least, in Russian). At the same time, along with other floodplain species, I often deal with the members of Equisetum genus. The definition keys in German or any other related language is ok for me.
