I am carrying out a study on the influencing factors in terms of characteristics of the content communicated by the company (i.e. posting type, media type, etc.) on its FB fanpage, over the level of brand popularity/consumer interaction interaction with branded content (measured in terms of likes, comments and shares). In particular, I found that most studies classyfing "content type" in terms of informational/functional value vs entertainment/hedonic value using the User&Gratification theory to explain why consumers have different media-usage patterns. Any idea on different type of classification of content type on social media?
