Using the consensus algorithm, the disagreement between the agents is enforced to zero. Now, suppose that we have designed a consensus linear tracker, and this tracker follows a leader that is behaving according to the dynamics of the system, but its frequency is changing very quickly. In fact the settling time of the tracker has a key role in the performance of the system in this case.
Does anybody know if such a consensus tracker has been designed that can keep up with quick changes in the high frequency dynamics of the leader?
