Does anybody know about a chemical reactive to effectively etch the Ca3Co4O9 bulk material?

I would like to observe in the SEM the grain boundaries between Ca3Co4O9 grains after sintering. Just polishing is not enough to reveal these grain boundaries, so chemical etching should be necessary but I have not found any product in the literature for this kind of material and I can not start to test too many products as I should start to buy them just for testing and without any certainty.
