I am looking for a yellow pigment powder that reflects in the ultraviolet. We are constructing articicial flowers by mixing coloured, white, grey and black pigment , but were not successful yet to find a yellow and UV-reflecting pigment. We've tested hundreds of yellow pigments, but most of them strongly absorb ultraviolet light.

Not sure this is particularly helpful, but I've used UV reflecting yellow paint for floral manipulations and to make UV reflecting fake flowers. I found it on this website that sells UV reflecting paints for fish lures. http://fishvisionpaint.com

in the past we have used yellow flourescent spray paint with reasonable UV reflectance in trap experiments. However, although UV reflectance was higher than in any other paints used, it was still below 20%.

Further, if it is technically possible for you to use colour filters (e.g. attached to a completely white BaSO4 surface), you may be interested in products from rosco (https://www.rosco.com/filters/roscolux.cfm). They publish the transmission spectra down to 360 nm and seem to offer yellow filters with high UV transmission.
