I want to sterilize gRNA for genome editing with CRISPR/Cas9.
Hi Bessenyei
Your concern about sterilization of gRNA comes from which steps of CRISPR/Cas9 method?! And which kind of cells (plant, animal or!?)?
Are you asking about transformation step?
I do genome editing in potato protoplasts, and I am interested how can I sterilize the RNPs (Cas9 and gRNA) before transfection. Thank you!
