Technical Report 2018 impact factor

I went through the website of the journal. (Advances in Science, Technology and Engineering Systems Journal) I came to a conclusion that it is a predatory journal. No standard journal will destine a date for acceptance of articles for the next issue. There is too much emphasis on publication fee and methods of payment. That journal has only two volumes. How can it be indexed in web of science? The link given is fake.

Not in Thomson but elsewhere Yes. We can not conclude it is predatory!

Not in Thomson Reuters, it is indexed in Google Scholar.

It is a predatory journal. Avoid it cause its only purpose is gathering money. Some of our students got the bad experience to be predatored by this ASTESJ. It is not in any respected database. In Algeria it is officially banned. It is in the jeffrey BEALL's list of predatory journals.

Yes the journal is now indexed in Scopus

I got an invitation to publish an extended version of an IEEE conference paper with no previous indication during the conference.

As of February 2019, it doesn´t appear on Scimago:

Intereresting fact, there is no associated publisher.

All journal citations are from the same editor.

Only with that evidence, I say is a 100% Predatory journal

$400 differential publication fee. Why charging more people for the same job?

But it's home page having logo of scopus and showing scopus acceptance on Nov. 2018,is it wrong? If yes then how can I verify it, Pls explain.

As of April 2019, it doesn´t appear on Scimago. Therefore, it cannot be on Scopus.
