Thank you, Prof Eiben for the references. I have been working in ER for the last couple of years only. Interestingly, I have some contribution in the same book which your have mentioned - second reference. I put up this question to take others view on my opinion that there should not be any work/question related to just GA application under the topic of Evolutionary Robotics.
