Actually I have done research in passenger car tires fitted with ABS. Major properties were effected to carcass, tread and tread compound stiffness. But I didnt find any relevant papers on Truck and Motorcycle tires equipped with ABS. Does these passenger car tire properties changes is also applicable to truck and motorcycle??
ABS works the same way as it works with cars. Hence, same changes are expected.
Yeah, but truck tires carry more load than car tires and they are larger than the car tires in diameter. Properties changes may be same, but what is the most influential property which effects the efficiency of ABS ?? If tires doesn't have good property of grip and stiffness, then having ABS in vehicle is useless, indirectly affecting the ABS efficiency.
