Yes. However, it depends on your circumstances. Is it because of an HDD crash or you still have the original HDD intact? I assume this installation is the workstation installation? How do the installation, also depends on that. By the way if you lose your original HDD data or the license key disks, you really need to talk to Waters support as suggested earlier. Provide some detail info along those questions I asked and I can help if you still need it.

Dear John I do have the original installation disc but i have a problem to get it on. After installation I get a message that it can not log into the empower data base ??? even if I use the default lo-gin credentials provided it does not go further?? any suggestion ?. I contacted waters they told me to re run re-installation which I have done several time with no success. The other option they gave me if they could send their software engineer on site which is a too costly option for me.

I have asked WATERS LOCAL AGENT and they told me that the local agent is the one who can help you by sending an engineer and he will fix it.

My System got crashed. I have the CD intact. Can i install it by myself. What is the charges if i call the engineer. Some one said its around 30 K (INR) for the installation

I am experiencing the same problem with this software. The HDD is ok because the problem is the motherboard. Do you think that we may simply insert the original HDD into a new PC, and everything will be ok?

i believe you need the key disc for the software you have loaded to correctly uninstall Empower for the original PC before loading again on a different PC. This assumes you have a single site licence version of Empower 2
