Recently, concerns about the future of JIT inventory have been raised as COVID-19 has disrupted supply chains.
One of my research interests is in the area of JIT inventory management. More specifically, I examine the role of talented top management teams (TMTs) in the efficient management of Just-In-Time Inventory.
I started working in this area since my PhD in 2017. After my PhD, I have been working on research papers and have few ongoing projects in this area.
Today, I am happy to share information about my first paper from my PhD thesis! I co-authored this paper with Professor Cameron Truong and Associate Professor Ralph Kober from Monash University in Australia.
“Our study highlights the importance of talented TMTs in contributing to efficient JIT inventory management that translates to shareholder value maximization.” (Ranjeeni, Truong and Kober, 2023).
