Does a one dimensional transparent grating which period around 300-700nm exist?

I tried to simulation PEDOT in Al2O3 two dimension array grating template but I found it takes a very long time for calculation and unreal transmittance for all order except 0th. Then I consider one dimension grating instead and found out some advantage of it. Is one dimensional transparent grating which period around 300-700nm exist?

There are certainly transparent magnetic phase gratings for instance in ferrimagnetic garnets. You can have a stripe domain pattern with a periodic modulation in the circular magnetic birefringence. Those phase gratings give rise to diffraction phenomena with interesting angular dependence of the polarization in the far field.
