Note: The quota for experts from Pakistan andIndia (nationality) has been filled. Currently, onlyexperts from the Americas,Europe, Oceania.Southeast Asia, East Asia and other regions areaccepted.

2.the university where the applicant graduated is in the top 200 of the QS world rankings Second:. The application quota for India and Pakistan is full, and applicants from other countries are needed.
