Therefore, I would like to know from you the following: which journals have the clear objective of contributing for managers and practitioners, in the area of Business and Accounting?

The Journal of Private Equity is an academic journal, but it is fairly applicable to practitioners as well. I suspect that there are other journals with a cross over appeal as well.
In healthcare, I would say that the British Journal of Health Care Management often carries articles that might fit your criteria. More the business of healthcare than accounting.

Generally speaking most of the academic journal articles have theoretical and practical implications. Some journals are practitioners orientated and tend to focus on practice/application of theory.
