We put in data on therapy parameters and basic lab results + outcome and personnel performing the procedure.

In Brazil, the data recorded in electronic patients records by the practioners are generally used to generate indicators rates.

I would love to get hold of a database. But I guess we need to create one that suits the kind of critically ill patients that we have in our ICU.
