Einstein's famous twin paradox (which not a paradox in the first place) is typically resolved by going out of the usual provinces to the STR where the asymmetric arising from the accelerations and decelerations are invoked in which event, one comes to the conclusion that indeed, the traveling twin is the one that is older at reunion. In the present paper, we show that one does not need to go out of the confines of the STR, but can find a solution with the domains of the STR even with the accelerations and decelerations have been ignored. In the end, the solutions comes by use of a third reference point and this solutions hints to the the un-ignorable fact that the STR does point to the existence of an absolute system of reference, much like the now discarded aether.

Without reading your article, but from my own analysis, the STR does not have means to decide which twin ages less.
This is akin to the first and the second principle of thermodynamics. The first principle postulates conservation of energy but it is unable to determine which direction energy flows for two bodies of different temperature in contact. The second principle is needed for that.
Acceleration must be the only factor that decides whether clocks slow down or speed up, but in overall time balance, its effect can be disregarded as the uniform part of the journey can be arbitrarily long leaving the turnaround part insignificant within experimental error.
This is nothing strange. Acceleration makes a body to move in a definite direction, it may as well kick the timers to slow rather to speed up. But when the body returns to back to the same frame, does it not cause the reverse?
This is almost asking for the existence of the absolute rest.
You do not need to calculate time loss during initial acceleration as the synchronisation may take place after the moving system is accelerated. And we do not need to consider human twins but simply clocks that can be set to 0 when origin of the two inertial systems coincide in inertial flight. All textbook acceleration discussion only obscure the problem.
