For quite sometime now, I have thought about the Pioneer Anomaly, I have read a number of papers on this, and in all my searches, I have not come across a suggestion as that presented in the present paper. I know that at present, it is believed that the anomaly is most certainly a result of the on-board thermal effects. Do you think the idea I have penned in the present paper has been considered before and if so, by who? Also, do you think this idea is correct and plausible? I will be happy hear from you, especially Professor V. T. Toth.
