and co-construction, recognition of innovation and popularization of innovation. All this happens in the school, at different levels. Tertiary education stimulates these processes because: it provides a specialized education, it encourages the application of knowledge, it provides the opportunity to debate and popularize knowledge in a specialized environment. In addition to all this, the material resources and the curriculum specific to university education are at a much higher level than in the case of secondary education or in the case of qualification courses. University is, after all, an intellectual experience that trains students' minds.

One simple answer would be, yes, it does, to the extent to which human adult companions involved in higher education establish creative relationships that further new knowledge through innovative teaching and learning instructional programs.

Higher education provides people with opportunities to do some research work which will bring some achievement. New knowledge sometimes needs further exploration of its usage. Innovative teaching methods/ pedagogical practices need new knowledge or new methods' support.

Yes, Higher Education plays a fundamental role in the creation of new knowledge, meanwhile, when working and investigating systematically with existing knowledge, aspects or coincidences of criteria are observed that apparently did not exist, but that are present there and that they can be shown as new knowledge, that is, the integration of what already exists with what is new to be created

And it's not only from Higher Education also through other educational institutions can start built upon and refined over time in a slow processes that can improve their capacity ,skills and knowledge and developed new ideas what's make them capable to identify problems and take challenge to discoveries the solutions to those problems leading the generation to a better future.
