Uranium is a lithophile element with a large ionic radius and high ionic charge, and in the early stages of magmatic fractionation, it does not have a tendency to enter the lattice of silicate minerals, and even in the final stages of magmatic fractionation, it tends to concentrate in the remaining melt or fluid and finally enter to lattice of minor minerals such as zircon, apatite, allanite, etc. or uranium crystallizes its own mineral such as uraninite. As a result, there is no possibility of uranium enrichment in ultramafic and mafic rocks of the oceanic crust.
