I am collecting all possible information on genus Impatiens (see my project https://www.researchgate.net/project/Balsaminaceae-literature-database). Thanks to your project I just downloaded one paper unaccessible for me earlier.
Among my references are at least two older ones, one from 1983 and one from 1953, still unaccessible for me. So if you plan further digitalization I will simply wait for your further inputs, if no, I will try other ways to get these papers.

Sorry, I missed your question. The archive of the journal is available here http://ashipunov.info/russian/journals/bmsn/archive/?C=N;O=D There are some gaps, but our volunteers are sometimes helping us in digitisation

This way I will have one more reason to install program for .djvu files, particularly when I know now that this archive has also most of Botanical Zhurnal and Ukrainian Botanical Journal issues.
