I would like to know more details about methods used to count bacterial cell number. There are some traditional methods like colony count method. I'm wondering if there is any automated methods using kind of instruments. Thanks in advance
Dear Ebaid
ImageJ is a very versatile and could be used for this.

Search for: hemocytometer and automated cell counter (direct) or turbidometry (indirect)
