Unfortunately there is no information on ethoxyresorufin storage and stability. Only confirmation that dissolution in DMSO is possible...

Hi Paul,

We’ve used for a long while 7-ethoxyresorufin for measuring the EROD activity in microsomes, as well as with isolated and recombinant CYPs, and always prepared a stock solution of resorufin (4 mM) in methanol. As for stock solutions of 7-ethoxyresorufin (2 mM), it was prepared in dimethylsulfoxide. Aliquots of those solutions were stable when stored at −20 °C.
