Does anyone have the SCALD (Structured Computer Aided Logic Design) manual? It's possible that Cadence still supports it, if they still use Valid's GED.

I specifically need to know the naming format for hierarchy levels higher than two. Alternatively, if you have a full set of drawings (i.e _logic, _cn, _dp) for a hierarchical design, I'd be most grateful.
