Our Association runs a bird rehabilitation center, and often we come across cases where the birds were kept by founders for a long period and got accustomed to humans. Do you know of any material/course/movie that could be used to re-wild and reintroduce these birds to nature?

Yes, we know. In Hungary, there is a "Bird Hospital", theirs everyday practice is the rewilding rehabilitated birds and of cours also bird rehabilitation. They have English homepage as well and here you may have their contact:
