Do you know of a PCR protocol for genomic size of 10 to 20 kb?

Hello community,

I'm knocking out large secretions of the chromatin, and I would like to know if there is a PCR protocol to amplify regions of more than 10 kb.

The templete would be column purify genomic DNA.
