Yes, my error solved when I made the project again. I don't know how it axactly solved. But I think the problem is with an input data format  or mismatching. If you can't fix your error send your project to me.

Thank you. I was able to trouble shoot out of the problem and from my experience the main source of error comes from the input file.

I would try to follow the discussions in this thread. I have found in many cases that this is caused by mismatch or error in the input data (observed). Try to make sure that there are no omissions in numbering the observed input. SWAT-CUP allows to omit missing data but make sure the numbers match.

Once you select the Objective function type; say r2: 

Change the min value of objective function threshold for the behavioral solutions in option (B). The default value is 0.5 and try with a value less than 0.5.

A) 1=mult,2=sum,3=r2,4=chi2,5=NS,6=br2,7=ssqr,8=PBIAS,9=KGE,10=RSR,11=MNS

B) ► 0.1 : min value of objective function threshold for the behavioral solutions

The following works for me:

1. Check the data, date and data count

2. The data and date has to be consistent with the information in the "Sufi2_extract_reach.Def", "Sufi2_extract_hru.Def" and "Sufi2_extract_sub.Def" .

YYYY : beginning year of simulation not including the warm up period

YYYY : end year of simulation

This solved the issue in my case.

I have also faced this problem when I run the model. for my self it happened when one of the observed data (run off) typed incorrectly (4..7 instead of 4.7)
