The image includes more granular assets than BIM typically covers, so current classifications like OmniClass, Masterformat, UniClass and Uniformat don’t support it.
Indeed this needs to step in to Product Lifecycle Management – PLM domain.

BIM in infrastructure has just arrived in Poland, there are such intentions. PLM is the old problem, but thanks to BIM, you can create global models and automatically obtain data about the object and quickly evaluate its technical condition (eg. Augmented Reality AR).

We're thinking to expand BIM with "Circular Economy" and use some other methodologies like "Lean Construction - LC" and "LPPD" and "LCA"
We see a building as a "Circular Product" - "BaaCP" and breakdown it to as small part as possible, like a screw or a bolt, and try redesign everything based on CE principles.

GIS, BIM and PLM are 'information systems' intended to serve assets at different scales (please see simplification here: http://www.bimframework.info/2014/10/asset-hierarchy.html). I doubt you'll be able to find a single classification that comprehensively covers all three knowledge domains due to disciplinary silos. I therefore suggest you develop a specialised Taxonomy using a small number of concepts (e.g. asset size, use, reuse, lifecycle cost, or whatever you need) and then apply these concepts to identify/link different Classifications across domains.
