In particular I am interested in studies on the interaction between technology and organizational routines in open communities. I am looking for measurement scales and causal models. I am aware that many authors using recent conceptualizations of organizational routines deem case studies more suitable than surveys. Still I would like to integrate quantitative and qualitative methods.
Empirical studies on rorganizational routines are very scarce, and it is true that most of these are based on case studies. You may look at the following:
