Hi, everyone! I'm looking for a server allowed for the deposition of theoretical PDB files. The structures I'm trying to upload are the result of simulating high-resolution NMR structures of a protein/RNA complex already available. The most popular servers, like wwPDB, are no longer accepting structures obtained by theoretical methods.

I've been trying to upload my PDBs to PMDB, but I'm also having a few issues during the submission. In particular, the server doesn't recognize some atoms in my PDB files. Are you sure that the server is allowed for the submission of RNA structures?
