Hi there,

I hope you to be healthy.

I'm currently researching deep UV LEDs emitting under 280 nm wavelength and I got some problems these days.

I made two chips and measured their optical properties. Chip 1 has a 10% lower light output power (276 nm peak) than chip 2 (278 nm peak) but in emission images, chip 1 seems to be brighter than chip 2. I checked the emission images using CCD cam connected to an optical microscope.

Here's another problem. When I measure DUV chips, I see the blue-like visible light but there is no peak near 350 - 800 nm in EL spectrum.

I would appreciate it if you let me know your experiences related to these problems.
