I am looking into different models for workload planning in university that take in consideration different teaching and research activity. I've only found papers and documents with a lot of information about how to plan those models, but couldn't find precise figures on how much time/workload bundles can be associated with different task.
Do you have any examples of this?

It is a can of worms. Such "modelling" only results in revealing the known fact: All are highly overworked, and more competent staff are highly needed.

Here in the Philippines, we cluster teaching, research, administrative, and community extension loads into "units". Majority of universities and colleges set a limit of 24 units of load to each faculty member per semester. Usually, the number of teaching units is equivalent to subject's teaching unit. Research, administrative, and community extension loads are assigned with certain credit units that make up the faculty's 24-unit load. Anything in excess of the limit is considered overload, and will be remunerated accordingly. Pay is also based on academic rank.
