As I have said before, I need to insert plug hole (shown in the figure above) in the the car body only.

I know that tool is shown fitting a holed grommet but it would fit a solid plug as they are virtually the same minus the hole. Or is that you dont have access to both side of the hole i.e. is the hole your trying to plug in a box section?
