Yes we should. whether you are in business for yourself or employed by a private organization, on in a govt office, you are more valuable to your firm if you have developed an efffective and stimulating persona and are happy with yourself. every organisation needs efective leaders and managers and people at all levels of its structure. such people are infact in short supply. positive assertive manages think big but dont act like big shots, act confident but are not overbearing and get results with being confrontational. its actually easier to be a happy person with an effective personality whatever your activity or occupation is in life because you reap the benefits at every step along the way. as in everything you do, there are bound to be some risks. for one thing, you will have to learn to manage all the rewards. some people actually fear success ans all the attention it may bring. they forget that just being happy is one important sucess in itself and by carrying a smile around with you, you only risk smiles being set back in return. Others fear they will make mistakes or be criticized by peers and friends who dont aspire to the same goals and ideals. no one should apologize for wanting to be happy, if these false perceptions are your only price for sucess, you should give more thought to the reward.
