There are two blood tests to help diagnose celiac disease:
1- Serology testing looks for antibodies in the blood. Elevated levels of certain antibody proteins indicate an immune reaction to gluten as tTG-IgA Test.
2- Genetic testing for human leukocyte antigens (HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8) can be used to rule out celiac disease.
But the definite diagnosis by colonscopy and biopsy.
I have found a paper dedicated to this question and it claims that it is not enough. https://www.gastrojournal.org/article/S0016-5085(17)35624-X/fulltext?
