My dear, there are many reasons to IF and NOT to answer the questions here on RG. As the author, I asked about 6/7 questions and only 2 had answers that I found valid. To this day, I do not know how to answer the WHY of the situation, it could be not knowing about it, lack of knowledge, not being interested in HELPING the other, etc.
