The social class of those engaged in intellectual work form the society of the individuals who voice the moral conscience of their age and by using their knowledge they try to portray the realities behind the scientific laws that regulate the lives of the ordinary citizens, educational systems, and the networks of mass communication media that control the dissemination of knowledge and information to an expectant world. As you have rightly observed, relaxation is a prerequisite to a clear mind especially when the individual is often involved in critical thinking. However, I personally think that the sensitivities of doing intellectual work are so interesting and absorbing that the intellectuals hardly distance themselves from pursuing the targeted goals. In fact, it seems intellectuals think about their serious goals even when they are relaxing.
Intellectual work always remain with our mind & brain & fr caring out this for our intellectual approach our mind with our brain comes as our helping hand in the line of which we have developed & cultivated the reasoning approach of our mind .It is with this while carrying out our working system with the power of brain obviously it touches with our nervous system which remain a guiding force for our mind & also with our brain to come & approach with our intellectual reasoning.
As we know that our mind remains all the time active & it requires merely a change & with our intellectual contribution our mind with the brain helps us considerably & with our working system of mind our brain automatic gets relaxed .
In general yes, however, if one has been abstaining from intellectual work for whatever reason, the re-introduction of intellect work may itself be not only satisfying but relaxing as well.
Every behavior of a person, whether positive or negative, is related to the nervous system and relaxation of nervous system determines the type of behavior
My opinion is that any intellectual work is always connected with the relaxation of the nervous system and is the best medicine. Thus, I encourage people to engage more often in any intellectual work as a good alternative to any chemical drugs, half of which are falsified, and the other half is overdue. Good proof - these creative people are usually long-livers.
