Thank you very much for your reply. According to your question, I would say that it all depends on us, as a member, particularly the founder. When I open the discussion, I would like to make the organization as a forum for us to exchange ideas, methods, communication, resources, with the main goal to enhance the quality of higher education, as well as to make our jobs more appreciated and respected, so we could more enjoying our jobs as lecturer.

Before we decide, I need approval support from at least 100 lecturers of 10 countries. After this, we would make a conclusion about the discussion, and then make some recommendations to follow-up it. So, we need some further steps before we declare our organization....
