If NDVI value is equal to 1 it means that the vegetation absorbs 100 percent the red spectrum. Is this true? When this happens and why?
Mohamad M. Awad dear, yes you are right theoretically, but NDVI is always close to +1 when we have healthy dense vegetation but never to 1 as due to atmospheric error.
Thank you Suraj for your contribution
