Is there any online/offline data sets available for the experimentation on NAFLD (Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease) diagnosis which includes any kind of non-invasive attributes like liver function tests, risk factors, symptoms, biochemical markers etc.

Indeed we have all of what you want. But I do not know you nor any of your fellow workers. Hence as of now we would not be able to share it all with you unless there is further clarity on the researchers involved, their background including publication in similar fields and reference personnels whom I know and who know your team too.
