You can search for the dataset you are interested in, such as 'ERA5-Land hourly data from 1981 to present' . Then go to the 'Download data' tab, where you can see the CDS Download form. Once you have ticked the data characteristics, you can go to the bottom of the form and click on 'Show Toolbox request' .
