Hello. please guide me. I am from Iran, and I am very interested in studying for a doctorate degree in the United States of America in the field of management. My master's GPA in business management (marketing) is 3.8 and I have three articles in Persian (two conference articles and one research article), and I am working on an article in the field of employment of people with disabilities. I have a bachelor's degree in materials engineering and two years of government work experience. But I don't have enough time to take the GRE or GMAT exam. Because I want to prepare for the IELTS or TOEFL test. Can you guide me?

While some universities may offer waivers for these standardized tests, especially for doctoral programs, there is no universal rule, and the decision is typically made at the discretion of each university and its specific department or program.

Many top universities across the US requires you to have a Good GMAT or GRE score to let you admit in of its Doctoral programs. However, there are certain universities in the US that gives admission based on the relevant experience and qualifications of that individual.
Not to generalize one thing, but my sincere advice to you after knowing quite a few students who got admitted into the PhD program would be:
1. Decide in which Business field you want to do your PhD e.g. marketing, finance, tech etc. and make a list of all universities that offers that specific program, of your interest.
2. Visit the University's webpage that mentions the required qualifications (which will answer most of your queries). (They will also have a page for common Q/A in which you can find answers to a specific questions)
3. If not mentioned write to the Help section or Student Support Section by mailing to them your specific doubts.
4. Most Importantly, Try contacting the Professor of your preferred program and University by mailing to them mentioning your interest, your dedication and achievements and how your qualification may collectively add to you as well as the community as a whole.
