My question is almost a repetition of the title of my article, prepared for this year edition of MAPE International Conference and presented as the preprint on RG. The mai difference is as follows; the paper presents results of surveys focussed on problems of MSME's created by the fourth industrial revolution and carried out in Poland in 2018/2019 and 2019/2020. This question is concerned with the next round of this survey which is currently going on, also only in Poland. I thought that not only Polish MSME's "feel the pressure of Industry 4.0" and that it could be very interesting to compare the situation in various countries, various societies and various labor and technical cultures. If some of you, Dear RG Friends, shares my curiosity in this regard, I am enclosing a ready-to-use survey form with this question. The results obtained with the help of the same set of questions may be, firstly, a ready material for an interesting monograph, and secondly: a starting point for further research (individual or joint). The survey questionaire is in the MS Word format, therefore you can (if you deem it advisable) modify the addresses on the front page.
