The online degrees offer the learners to learn a subject in depth, they also have the flexibility to fit the learner’s expectations and studies around his or her working environment, it leads to enjoy the top class teaching and benefit from the convenience that comes with studying online. On the other hand, conventional learning and teaching has the personal touch and makes the learner to gain in depth knowledge of the subject. Face to Face teaching has true value-based learning due to the impact or the way it is taught with the personal touch.
The impact differs. For example, in the attached study the online students were more likely to fail the course than the F2F students. But, I think generally the verdict is out that not all courses can be taught online, especially the heavily skill-based subjects. As such, we can say that in some instances both F2F and Online degrees would differ in value as employers may want to see actual real-life experience to the field accordingly.
