As known, many NPOs, especially in the unstable areas, support the vulnerable communities and provide some assistance and services in food assistance, health, WASH, protection, Nutrition, Shelter, NFIs, Education, RRM, RMMS, and CCCM. However, what the NGOs usually do is measure the satisfaction of the beneficiaries and/or communities with the services. But do the NPOs themselves measure if they are satisfied with the services they are provided? or do they just consider the beneficiaries' evaluation sufficient? It has been noticed out of experience the NPOs do evaluate their work according to indicators, especially in education and health. But that does not mean the NPOs are satisfied with the service they provide unless there are some mechanisms supporting measuring the satisfaction of the NPOs themselves. In the same context, NPOs might be delivering the assistance/service with low quality or minimum quantities as they are restricted by fund issues or inflexibility of reprograming the activities. I will be grateful if you can share any article on the nonprofits' satisfaction with their services.
