Mercury, Venus and Mars are the only other rocky planets in our Solar System. None of them has active plate tectonics.

Venus does appear to have active volcanoes, and motions in its mantle, but regions of its crust move vertically, rather than horizontally like Earth's plates.

Mercury is described as "tectonically active" due to evidence that it is still shrinking as it cools, producing faults; but again, it lacks plate motions.

According to Prof. Carlo Doglioni of Rome "La Sapienza" University, Italy (also President of INGV, Rome, Italy), conditions to have plate tectonics on a rocky planet are essentially: A) presence of an Astenosphere, a layer of ductile material not too deep below the planet surface, and B) presence of a large moon (or a twin planet in a two-planet system) to drag the lithosphere by tidal forces.

No other planet in the Solar System has those two key characteristics.

The Moon has a large planet nearby, but not Astenosphere nor tidal drag, so no plate tectonics on the Moon. No tidal drag because the Moon has always the same face toward the Earth.
