The effects of eclipses, particularly lunar eclipses, have been noted mostly in nocturnal arthropods and mammals, in terms of their behaviours. However, except for bats, not a lot has been done for other nocturnal mammals. I'm trying to find out the behavioural differences that occur in nocturnal mammals during lunar eclipses. Any help is much appreciated.
I do not totally agree but I don't think it does. However one would need to do a thorough literature search if the research is feasible or not.
Yes, the feasibility of the research is somewhat ambiguous, given the frequency of these events. Total lunar eclipses, and even more so total solar eclipses, happen once every so often and this puts a real stranglehold on the research of these behavioral mechanisms. I value the input, thank you!

As an example of Moorish beliefs, former English playwright William Shakespeare, in his play "Othello" made use of latter belief.
