Purpose of my study is to test impact of realistic and unrealistic cartoons on young (4-6 years olds) children's autocontrol.

I am planning to randomly assign children to following groups:

Group1 will watch unrealistic cartoon for five days.

Group2 will watch realistic cartoon for five days.

Each child will watch cartoons alone.

On fifth day right after cartoon I will conduct marshmallow test to measure children's autocontrol.

Should I conduct marshmallow test before the study to measure children's level of autocontrol?

Is it enough to make children watch cartoons for four days
