When applied the external field, the moment will align along the external field. since all the moment is directed along the external field, which is similar to the saturation state. does the free poles and demagnetization effect still exist? if it exist, then Hin=Hex-N*M will be the real field for the moment. Then what is the relationship between M and H?

No, that is not true. Curie temperature separate very different magnetic phases and there is not any kind of continuity between them as you are suggesting.
