I would think so. Citrate capped gold nanoparticles are prepared in boiling water. In general as long as the ions retain their arrangement around the particles and retain their charge, the particles should be stable.

we know that all the particles are heated when boiling or heating. so after saturated condition there no variation. But depends on resistivity of conductor.
Thank you all. But I am making my CSNPs not in boiling water but just as in simple MiliQ water.
'boiling water' implies 100 degrees. So if they are fine at 100, they should be fine at 95.
You want to do some simple dissolution model studies to understand silver (nanoparticle) stability in the medium you are using for you studies.

The bonding attractions between nanoparticles synthesized at higher temperatures is due to strong chemical bonds, established during the cooling phase of their synthesis, that form unbreakable Aggregates and are generally immune to energy (in this case Temperature) inputs with no significant attrition.
Similarly, nanoparticles that are synthesized at lower to ambient temperatures are held together by relatively weak forces such as Van der Waals forces or Coulombic forces which form Agglomerates that are readily disrupted by energy inputs.
There are possibilities that your CSNPs might show a more enhanced activity as the antibacterial activity is closely related to the surface area than to the actual nanoparticle size observed.
